it's honestly mind-boggling how someone like trump can prattle on about making america great while simultaneously undermining our healthcare system, i mean, he brags about cutting funding for medicare and the social safety net as if it's some sort of badge of honor, meanwhile people are struggling to afford their medications and access basic medical care, and let's not forget his cozy relationship with dictators like the cuban regime while he pretends to champion freedom and democracy, it's like watching a bad reality show where the main character is completely oblivious to the consequences of their actions, and that melania trump documentary just adds another layer of irony as it tries to paint a picture of a glamorous life while real americans are left to fend for themselves, if he really cared about the people instead of his own ego, he would be fighting for a healthcare system that works for everyone, not just the wealthy, so it's time for him to step aside and let someone who actually values american lives take the reins
