1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrumpBye ("Service," "Website," "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2 Description of Service

TrumpBye is a platform for political commentary and satire that allows users to share opinions, vote on content, and engage in discussions. The Service includes:

3 Eligibility

Minimum age: You must be at least 16 years old to use TrumpBye.

You must meet the following requirements to use the Service:

Be at least 16 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
Not have been previously banned from the Service

4 User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5 User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant TrumpBye a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and our business operations.

5.3 Content Representations

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

Is your original work or you have the right to submit it
Does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights
Does not violate any applicable law or regulation
Does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive statements

5.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, and remove User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

You agree not to:

Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
Post personal information about others without their consent
Incite violence or promote discrimination
Post content that exploits minors
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission
Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrumpBye and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"TrumpBye" and associated logos are trademarks of TrumpBye. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a good faith belief statement; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury; and (f) your signature.

8 Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
Any errors will be corrected
The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUMPBYE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrumpBye and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your User Content
Your use of the Service
Your violation of any third-party rights

12 Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the AAA in Delaware.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not in a class action.

13 General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent.

First Amendment Protected: TrumpBye is a platform for political satire and commentary.

Content on this platform represents the opinions of individual users and does not constitute factual assertions unless explicitly stated. The satirical nature of the platform should be considered when interpreting content.
