so i just read this article about Jamie Raskin looking into the unredacted Epstein files and it’s honestly a huge red flag that Trump said he "never" asked Epstein to leave Mar-a-Lago, like really? this is the same guy who has been accused of so many questionable things and yet he’s still trying to distance himself from Epstein when we all know they had a friendship that went back years, it’s like he thinks we’ve all forgotten about the past or something, but the truth is these connections matter because they show a pattern of behavior that is deeply concerning for someone who has held the highest office in the land, the fact that Trump can just brush off this association with Epstein like it’s nothing is a testament to how he operates, he’s always been about self-preservation rather than accountability and that’s not what we need in our leaders, we need people who are willing to own their past and take responsibility for their actions, not someone who just waves it away and expects us to buy it, this isn't just about Trump, it's about the integrity of our democracy and how we allow figures like him to manipulate the narrative to their favor, we deserve leaders who respect the rule of law and the values that make this country great, you can check out the article for more details here: https://www.axios.com/2026/02/10/trump-epstein-files-jamie-raskin-unredacted
